Is Digital Scientists based in Atlanta?
Yes. We have been based in metro Atlanta since 2007, with our office in Alpharetta. A senior US-based team leads every engagement, and we meet in person with Atlanta-area teams when the work needs it.
Do you work with health IT and healthtech companies, or only providers?
Both. We build for health systems and post-acute operators, and for health IT and digital health companies building their own products, from clinician-founded startups to established platforms.
Do you sign BAAs and work with PHI?
Yes. BAAs are executed before any data is exchanged. We build on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, and audit logging.

How does an engagement usually start?
