I love the autonomy here. Even though we all work remotely, everyone works at a high level of excellence. It’s a culture of trust, so we’re given a lot of flexibility.
The sheer amount of brain power here was really a surprise. Many stand out as the most capable people I know in their respective fields of expertise.
We are small but we are tight. We push and learn from each other instead of competing. There’s minimal drama. Just good people who work hard.
We talk a lot about culture at DS because our culture here is special. Leadership sets a tone that fosters mutual respect, compassion, and teamwork.
