The platform captures telehealth encounters via real-time transcription (OpenAI Whisper with speaker diarization), then runs clinical NLP to extract diagnoses, medications, and procedures. It generates structured clinical notes in SOAP format, suggests ICD-10 and CPT codes, and references historical patient data to surface personalized care insights.
