Great work-life balance
I love the autonomy here. Even though we all work remotely, everyone works at a high level of excellence. It’s a culture of trust, so we’re given a lot of flexibility.

We love what we do
At DS, we have the opportunity to develop business strategy and oversee the entire end-to-end process of a product’s design, development, and launch for a variety of clients. We love the supportive environment at DS, which fosters collaboration and growth.
Led by an elite team of product managers, our UX designers have the freedom to push boundaries in their creative domain while our developers are given the direction and autonomy they need to get things done.

Why product is important to us
At DS, our singular goal as product managers is to drive business outcomes for our clients. Toward that goal, we help develop business strategy for new products, and collaborate with some of the country’s best design and development talent to innovate and launch products quickly. Working with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, our PMs gain valuable exposure to a variety of business models and industries, continually broadening our skillsets and honing our expertise – from strategy to execution.
