Through a series of visual concepts and brand identity iterations, we helped Sterling Ledet and the LEDET team rethink their brand identity and name – while also tightening up the brand positioning to focus on key points of difference in a very competitive marketplace. Instructor-led courses face a competitor that could be available and delivered via any web browser.

Once we had completed the effort on the brand front, we continued on to re-architect and redesign their online platform for finding and scheduling classes (not to mention communicating key points of difference of the LEDET brand). While it might seem simple, it’s just about as complicated as booking a ticket on an airline.

Finally, once we launched the new website and search application, we then turned to our proven conversion optimization process – to ensure that we were able to retain LEDET’s high credibility and performance in search engines – as well as their ability to convert site visitors to actual course buyers.
