Dennis Joseph

Dennis has over 20 years of experience leading innovation and product development in healthcare. He leads Digital Scientists’ healthcare practice, which includes consultation, delivery and thought leadership.  

Dennis leverages his vast experience in leading product development in regulated environments to maintain full responsibility for all product management activities in the company.

His experience spans the spectrum of healthcare – from the development and launch or innovative products and services in multiple healthcare settings across acute and non-acute including ER, ICU, OR/Surgery, Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Clinics, Pharmacy etc.

Most recently he led the creation and execution of the Digital Health strategy for the Urology & Critical Care division of Becton Dickinson, a $20B global medical technology company. Dennis has an undergraduate degree in Information Systems and Mathematics along with an MBA in strategy and marketing. 

Dennis is also trained in Stanford’s Bio-Design process which has enabled him to develop and launch multiple FDA regulated products within formal stage-gate processes. Dennis has worked with numerous health systems both in the US and globally in countries across Europe, Asia & Australia.

  • Government Bodies: FDA (including leading multiple 510K submissions and approval), CDC, CMS, NCPDP

  • Software:  Led the development & launch of numerous products and services leveraging mobile, tablet, web, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, patient monitoring
