Gables came to Digital Scientists to create a new site that delivers on its mission - Taking Care of the Way People Live - and helps prospective residents find their perfect apartment. 

So, how did we do that?  By creating a powerful search and mapping application.  

Unlike on other sites, now apartment hunters on Gables.com have the ability to find apartments based on proximity to points of interest.  We let site visitors search for anything, even a school or a park.  For example, if an apartment hunter types in The White House, they'll get a list of apartments based on proximity to The White House, as well as a map showing all properties in D.C.  The new sites’s smart filtering and sorting also lets users narrow their search based on floor plan, amenities, availability, pet policy and price.  Check out the new search result. 

We also developed integrations and management features that make it possible to tap the intelligence of Gables associates, without making everyone a website admin.  

With more specific, local content, site visitors can easily find the perfect community.  They can even get a preview of life as a resident by checking out the community blog, Facebook and Twitter pages.
