Most recently we launched a sophisticated search application and site at Gables.com
Prior to that effort, we also worked with Gables Residential to help them gain insight into their target audience and position their brand. However, in this instance, the focus wasn't potential residents of their luxury apartments. It was a target segment that's arguably just as important - current and prospective employees.
When it comes to creating a winning strategy in the apartment business, one of the key ingredients is creating and cultivating a winning sales and service organization. While a company like Zappos generates a lot of buzz and articles about creating a cohesive culture, Gables has been quietly growing and succeeding doing the same thing.
In our brand strategy and positioning work, we conducted both qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into current and prospective attitudes and behaviors. We then worked to translate these insights into specific, actionable recommendations.
